Can't believe that John managed to keep another visit from Grith, Al and Kasper secret!
On Friday evening, I spotted them walking past our living room window and was just completely shocked. What a fantastic surprise!
It was so lovely to see them and to catch up. Kyle and Kasper had a ball playing with each other. We had them sleeping in the same room and they were cracking us up, whatever Kasper was doing to entertain Kyle was clearly the funniest thing he had ever seen - all we could hear was giggling from the baby monitor.
We had such a great evening of chatting, drinks and watching silly cartoons. We had a nice chilled out morning with lots of breakfast. Can't believe how big our charming godson has become. He's such a gorgeous, clever and funny boy.
Now we're really looking forward to catching up for a few days up north at Joey and Verna's place. So pleased we will all be able to hang out for a holiday together!
Other than you, John, Ashley and Drew I don't think I've seen such JOY in the eyes of two parents. Dad (Al) is handsome, Mom (Girth) looks like an angel and Kasper - is lovely. Those eyes, and smiles on the boys and all of you are a joy to behold. So happy you have such lovely friends. NO surprise about John keeping things on the quiet. He loves to do lovely things for those he loves. Thank you so much for sharing your life with me. Love you all. Nana
