Kyle loves trains, so this trip was always going to be a winner. We went to the Bo'ness & Kinneil Railway to catch their Easter train. Kyle loved looking out of the windows, telling us about what was outside (apparently there was a Gruffalo in the woods!), getting an Easter egg from the conductor and Mummy giving him big cuddles when there was a scary tunnel! If you have kids that love trains (particularly Thomas the Tank engine!) I'd thoroughly recommend it, they also do a Thomas & friends day where all the trains are decked out as characters from the books.
