We took a trip to the National Museum of Flight. Kyle has always been interested in planes, so we thought it would be a winner... boy were we right! He loved being able to see lots of different planes, get to look inside, sit in the seats, touch the buttons/propellers/noses, see all the associated vehicles but most of all he loved being able to "sit where pilot sits"! It was a grand day out despite the 180 mile round trip and I can see us going there a lot (especially since John probably enjoyed the day even more than Kyle!). Kyle got a toy plane as a souvenir and has had great fun flying it all around the house.
