We enjoyed a lovely birthday dinner for Alix in The Bothy on Hogmanay. We had a private dining room, which meant Kyle could run amok - which he duly did. He particularly enjoyed playing in the belfast sink. He also had the attention of 14 family members, which he was very pleased about. We are all in shock that Alix is 19 (note photo of Libby!), though it's only due to the fact that it makes us all feel so old. Ruth said that next year Alix will be twenteen and isn't allowed to say otherwise!
