Missing the boat...

We had a grand plan for Monday. Ashley, Jack, Lisa, John, Kyle and I decided to head up to Loch Katrine. We were planning on taking a boat trip on the Sir Walter Scott steamboat. Sadly, despite our best efforts we got to Loch Katrine just in time to see the boat leave! It was a shame as we were looking forward to taking the boys on their first boat trip.

Another time perhaps! We had a lovely day despite missing the boat. We had a snack at the Duck Bay marina, then lunch at The Anchor's Rest at the loch. We had a walk in the rain round part of the loch which was nice and the boys both had a nap.
